As You Wish was built to bring people together, and that includes giving back to the communities around our studios. From donations and fundraisers to partnerships with local organizations, we are committed to using our studios, resources, and creativity to support the people who support us.
Giving Back
It's part of who we are! For us, pottery painting is more than creating something cute for a shelf or your cupboard. It's about spending time together, marking milestones, and showing up for community. We strive to give back to the community that has supported us since 1995, as much as we can!
Commitment in Action
As You Wish is committed to giving back to our community and fostering a sense of goodwill and belonging while providing a safe, fun-filled environment for our customers and employees. We are proud to offer a space to the community, where relationships can be built and nurtured. From a parent and child painting together on an after-school date, to the team at the office attending a team-building event, to local Girl Scouts working on their badges, and everyone in between, we aim to provide meaningful experiences for all to cherish.
Within our As You Wish Community, we hope to inspire connection with loved ones and share ideas on how you can foster relationships within your own community. Be it through a simple day of pottery painting to larger fundraising or corporate events, we are thrilled to offer opportunities to facilitate or support the communities around us.

Make-A-Wish Arizona Foundation
The Make-A-Wish-Arizona Foundation is the founding chapter of Make-A-Wish®, the world’s largest wish granting organization which creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. As You Wish is proud to be a part of making some of those wishes come true. As You Wish has hosts painting parties for Wish Kids, supplies pottery for special Make-A-Wish-Arizona events, and raises money for Make-A-Wish-Arizona each year through the sale of Wish Stars. Our employees can also choose to donate to Make-A-Wish-Arizona through payroll deductions. For more information, visit their website to discover how you can transform lives, one wish at a time.
Every September, As You Wish is raising money for Make-A-Wish Arizona through the sale of Wish stars in all 8 Valley locations. All donations made in our studios will be matched by As You Wish, dollar for dollar, for the entirety of the campaign!
Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus Pine Council
As You Wish is the proud recipient of the 2018 Girl Scout Promise Award.
By getting involved in the Girl Scout Community we have learned that there is a lot more to Girl Scouts than cookies and camp! Girl Scouts believes in building girls of Courage, Character and Confidence! That’s something As You Wish believes in too! Girls Scouts can come in to any As You Wish to earn their Potter Badge or just have a fun outing with their troop. As You Wish raises funds for the Girl Scouts in a variety of ways. You will also see us at the annual Girl Scouts Badge Bash – our hand-painted cookie jars are auctioned off to raise funds for the Arizona Cactus Pine Council, we have also held Round Up For Charity and 20% Give Back Events for the Arizona Cactus Pine Council. Next time you see a Girl Scout – ask them what they’ve learned through scouting – we’re sure you’ll be just as impressed as we are!
Sky Sanctuary Rescue
Sky Sanctuary Rescue is a non profit organization that consists of a small group of passionate animal advocates that specialize in the humane capture and rescue of stray, fearful, and injured animals from the streets of Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding desert areas. While saving the street dogs has always been their passion, they also rescue dogs from the county shelter who are at risk for euthanasia due to injury, sickness, fear, or age. Fueled by public support and unwavering determination, they are on a mission to save the street dogs no one else will!
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Big Brothers Big Sisters helps kids build confidence, stay on track, and imagine bigger futures. For more than 100 years, they have matched caring adult mentors (“Bigs”) with children and teens (“Littles”), creating one on one relationships that are guided and supported over time. When children and teens have the influence of a caring adult, they are more likely to avoid risky behaviors and to focus on academics. Today’s youth face a variety of challenges, and being matched with a Big Brother or Big Sister can help them navigate these challenges and reach their potential.
