How far in advance should we schedule a Scout event?
We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for busy times like May and weekends. This gives us time to confirm your date, reserve space for your troop, and make sure we have staff and supplies ready.

Can parents or siblings paint during the event?
In many cases, parents and siblings are welcome to paint as long as space allows. Painted pieces and studio fees for non-Scouts are simply added to the total at regular pricing. Let your studio know ahead of time if you expect extra painters so we can plan seating!
