It always depends on a number of factors, including how long or short the season is, so if you find a design you really like, snatch it up before it's gone!! |

What makes the products food safe and dishwasher safe? |
| |
First of all, As You Wish ensures that all of our paints are free of lead and acid. Then additionally we put our pottery through an above industry standard process to seal the plates to ensure that each one is completely non-porous and food safe, yet extremely durable for permanence. |

How long before my item ships to me? |
| |
We know you're anxious to get your super cute As You Wish gift, so we typically ship within 2-4 business days. Personalization of names and/or dates will typically be shipped within 4-8 business days depending on various factors – but we hurry to get them out to you, that's for sure! |

What are my payment options? |

To best accommodate you As You Wish accepts any debit or credit cards with a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo on it. That's pretty much all of you out there. |

How do the Pebeo Pens work? |
| |
Pebeo Pens are a great way to add unique personalization to any piece. You can have guests sign a wedding platter, bridesmaids wish you well on a picture frame etc. Simply follow the instructions on the pebeo pen to sign your ceramic piece. Once your signatures are complete, simple instructions on baking your pottery piece in your oven are included with your order and are also printed on the pen itself. This process makes your signatures permanent. Pebeo pens are generally very reliable, however at times you may experience difficulty with the ink flow. For this reason we do recommend that you have 2 pens available just in case. Store pens horizontally, with the lid tightly in place, in a cool dry location until use. |
